malcolm x once said that any group of people that share some commonality, who do not voote as a 'bloc' are (in effect) crazy.
do you believe in voting as a bloc? i.e. labor union blocs, race blocs, industry blocs etc

not necessarily...they may share some interest but not all...ppl should vote on their individual choice not because their 'bloc' is going one way they ofto do the same.
