Iight peeps well i am a certified chef and well i got a dish for ya. I got a bunch of boys that is Jamaican and shyt and well they got this thing and i think they called it sorry wine. It is Red Label Wine mixed with some ginger and shit. There what cha do.

Ingredients

-Oregano
- Basil
-Adobe
-Sazon
-Sofrito
- pepper
-sea salt
-sweet oregano
- Honey Buckwheat
-Molasses

take all that put it in a pot cook till it slightly bubbles. Take it off the heater take your steak or chicken and pour it on the meat. Let it sit in the fredge for 24 hours. Put some diced onions around and a little lemon zest.

Take out get the grill going. take the meat out of the sauce and poor the sauce into another pot. Boil again and add some flour. add a bit more honey buckwheat and some lemon juice. Get it so it is nice and thick. while cooking the meat slopp it on and trust me...it is so banging. Cooked that shit for my last years final and now they serve it at a near by Jamaican spot near by...but sorry i couldn't tell you how to make it exactly like mine.
