The universe possibly came about via a quantum fluctutation
There is a possiblity that other universe exist via quantum fluctutation
If our universe came about via quantum fluctuation, does this leave any 'space' for the existence of God?

many religions think the universe revolves around them. it would probably mean they are even less important than they think, if multiple universes exist. on top of that it supports the idea that existence can pop out of nothing, spontaneously.

Maybe astronomers have a different definition of universe meaning what they presently accept/understand to be the cosmos/celestial etc.
Because to me as a layperson universe means everything that exists. So anything that gets discovered is still a part of the one universal universe. lol

universe has limits. the universe is usually not used in the sense that suggests infinity. the universe is suppose to be a closed system (a fixed amount of energy) or else the laws of physics would fall apart.

But the universe keeps expanding right?

lol
LS1, I didn't mean cycle like a series of repeating events . . .I was talking about the little one wheeled unicycle like they ride at the circus.
What I'm saying is when you see 'uni' at the beginning of a word that means ONE - like unicycle, unilateral and unicorn.
So when scientists say there are two universes , it's almost like..they can't count.
That article is a mind blower though.
I guess for me, from a religion viewpoint, no matter how many universes get discovered or if it's decided that space is expanding, shrinking, whatever - for me it will always add up to one.
