lets say you read a whole book in one day, most likely you will retain some of that information, but does this information actually have a physical mass? lets go more extreme, lets say you acquired all the knowledge from books that makes up a library, i ask the same question, is there additional weight associated with your brain storing all that knowledge?

No, the size of your brain does not increase with additional knowledge. That is not to say that the pathways, and thus mechanisms by which your brain works, has not changed.

its coincidental that brain size correlates with intelligence and memory capacity. It is also known that lack of brain activity leads to brain size reduction. still makes me suspicious that some mass change comes about with acquiring knowledge, not necessarily a 'visual' change in mass or size.
